OMV und Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) haben sich geeinigt, dass OMV einen 20-prozentigen Anteil an der Konzession für die Offshore-Ölfelder Satah Al Razboot (mit den Nebenfeldern Bin Nasher und Al Bateel) und Umm Lulu sowie die dazugehörige Infrastruktur zu einem Kaufpreis von USD 1,5 Milliarden erwirbt.
Die Unterzeichnung der Transaktionsdokumente wird Ende April 2018 erwartet.
